So this morning, I tried adding a scoop of my whey protein into my oatmeal ( I eat instant oatmeal that come in individual packs) because I was gonna try to increase the amount of protein I take in a day.  I'm trying a High Protein, Low Carb, Five-meals-a-Day diet.  Let me just tell you, one scoop of whey protein is way too much for one packet of instant oatmeal.  It was nasty.  It had the consistancy of glue.  But I didn't want to waste it, so I ate it like a champ.  Next time, I'll use half or a fourth of a scoop.   

Nothing  exciting happened at work today.  I did get to meet some new employees.  They were mainly college or high school students who needed a summer job.  I hope they don't take my hours ... cause I need some cash, seeing that I'm trying to go to Cali in July for two weeks.

After work, I came home, cooked some chicken quesadilla, and then I ran for 20 minutes, outside on the track at the school across the street from our house.  Lots of older people around the neighborhood walk on this track at night.

So right now ... I'm watching game 3 of the NBA playoffs.  I just got a feeling the PISTONS will win tonight.  They got to!  They down 2 games to none and if they lose tonight, it's gonna take a Boston Redsocks miracle to win the next 4 games.

Happy Birthday to my 2 SPECIAL LADIES in my LIFE: April and Mitsu!  Today is April's 23rd and Mitsu turned 3 months yesterday

Hey Everyone!!!  I know ... I know ... It's been a while.  So I decided that it's time to update everyone on what's up.  Well, I've been busy with work and moving into a new house.  It's not actually mine, it's Adrian's.  I'm gonna be living with Adrian and Joe.  Stay tuned for invites to our house warming party

So I bought April a new dog for her Graduation and Birthday present (see pics below).  It's a Shiba Inu, which is a Japanese dog.  We named her Mitsu, which means "Honey" or "Light" in Japanese.  We use the meaning for "Honey" because her fur is like the color of honey.  I bought her from a breeder in Colorado, which meant Mitsu flew from Colorado to Dulles Aiport.  Everyone always ask us what kind of dog she is and they always say that she looks like a fox.  Enjoy the pics below and I promise I'll keep up more with my Xanga.

So this past weekend was a celebration of my 23rd birthday.  My birthday was actually on Monday, March 7 (if you forgot, I am still accepting bday gifts ) but we started partying on the Saturday before.  So lots of peeps showed up at my place.  We had 10+ cases of beer (so if you do the math, it's 240+ cans), two jugs of jungle juice (thanks to Steven for making one of the jugs ... though I think mine was better ), and mad cups so we could run two games at once on our table.  Sunday was spent watching the video Adrian took of the party (all I got to say was "where was I when this stuff happened"), recovering from Saturday night, and cleaning up a bit (our apt was a mess).  Then on Monday, April came and she spent the whole day with me.  Then that night, Joe, Lizelle, Adrian, Jaime, and Michelle came with me to Paper Moon, right behind our apt, to see pasties and panties.  MUCH LOVE TO EVERYONE WHO WISHED ME A HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND WHO SPENT TIME WITH ME THIS WEEKEND .  Below are pics from the party ...
